She is subtly cunning and driven, and he is everything from elegant to tender to pitiful at various points -- sometimes one after the other. Republicans don't like the Environmental Protection Agency protecting our environment; a number of them want to eliminate the EPA entirely. As <a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26315908/" target="_blank">Rachel Maddow notes</a>, the House of Representatives just passed the Coal Residuals Reuse and Management Act (H.R. 2273) a couple of weeks ago, on October 14.
